Do any of you have experience MAKING refried beans ? I want to try Pam and Jill's Enchiladas but I cannot buy re-fried black beans here. I could look on line but I'd kind of like something that has been tried out ! ~
My mom does...I'll ask her to post her recipe. That was the ONLY way I ever ate refried beans when I was growing up. Mom would make a WHOLE BIG batch and then freeze them in meal sized portions. Brilliant :-)
