So we've been experimenting with different kinds of pasta made from whole grains. Most of them have been nice or at least a kind of "huh, well let's not buy that again." But last night I tried making mac n' cheese using quinoa elbows. It was so nasty we couldn't eat it. We ended up throwing the whole batch away and going to Taco Bell.
Quinoa: good grain, bad noodle.
