Here's what I did:
Chopped up some onion
Threw it in the crock pot
Laid some pieces of chicken breast on the onions
Poured on some BBQ sauce.

If you're feeling really ambitious, I suppose you could make your own BBQ sauce, but if you're me, you open the bottle labled "Kraft."
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
OR
Cook on high for 2 hours and low for another 2 hours
or until the chicken can be shredded with a spoon.
Spoon onto the carb of your choice.
Eat.
