The other day I whipped up a batch (in only 3 hours!) of cheesy chicken pot pies from scratch. Hmmmmm, must be finals time! Oh, that magical time of the semester when cooking elaborate meals and scrubbing the bathroom with a toothbrush become very appealing.
these are so cute jill !! i'm thrilled that you are posting recipes as i was starting to feel like the lone poster ! anyway ... back to the pies ... i've never made individual ones. i've thought about it, just not done it. i think i'll have to. do they reheat well ? i'm thinking lunches for rory ...
ReplyDeleteThey are tasty reheated, but the crust quits being flaky if you microwave them. Be warned, individual pot pies are exponentially more work than one great big one!
