El .... they are called garlic shoots. Oh man are they good !! I bought them ages ago because hello ... garlic anything, I'm buying it ! But, Grace taught me a great way to cook them the other day. Just sautee in a bit of olive oil and then add a bit of soy sauce ! YUMMMMM !
Do you still buy that one clove per bulb garlic that you showed me on my one visit there? I've still never seen it in the States! and I've been looking for it a long time!
Mom ... I do still buy that garlic, when they have it. They don't always have it though so when they do, I buy up !! You can't have too much garlic in this house !!!
