Did not care too much for the salmon. I think it was the way I prepared it though. I'll have to try Rory's salmon marinade next time!Khristahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07040377707141146580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1820307678781279917.post-46568837394914855422007-12-05T18:20:00.000+10:002007-12-05T18:20:00.000+10:00Khrista,Barramundi, Cod, Snapper ... these are all...Khrista,
Barramundi, Cod, Snapper ... these are all white fish that would be used. Just ask the fish guy ( I'm sure you have lots of fish guys in Alaska ) for a white fish. (white meaning the flesh is white, as opposed to pink like Salmon)

As for the shrimp, I bought them raw and already peeled. They were not tiny little salad shrimp not were they the giganic ones.

Hope this helps !

I'll have to post some more seafood recipes I see ... I'm a seafood LOVER !! Yum Yum Yum. I have to stop typing now, I'm getting hungry !!Bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06703184796850969105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1820307678781279917.post-76882059431248550222007-12-05T16:15:00.000+10:002007-12-05T16:15:00.000+10:00Punnet is a new word for me.
